Use an approved home Wi-Fi network. The app requires one system DNS resolver beginning with 192.168 that is on the device's actual Wi-Fi subnet. Use the in-app setup guide and record your original DNS settings before making any temporary change.
An unsuitable network is not a Netskope defect result. Check Settings → Wi-Fi → the connected network → Configure DNS. If settings are managed, ask your administrator rather than overriding them. Restore the original settings after the comparison.
Contact the Netskope support/account team that invited you. Include the time, regular and beta client versions, and the app report if you choose to share it. Never send passwords. This tool checks a limited workflow and does not certify all Netskope functions.
