This diagnostic checks system DNS and a dedicated test sign-in service. Use the shared demo account only; never enter a corporate password.
The app reads DNS addresses and the Wi-Fi subnet locally. It sends the selected test DNS query, then sends test credentials over HTTPS to the configured service. It does not read corporate identity, other app data or browsing history, and contains no advertising or analytics SDK.
A diagnostic report remains on your device until you choose to share it. It includes timestamps, DNS addresses and answers, and any Netskope version you entered. It excludes passwords and session tokens. Delete the current report using Delete saved result; a new attempt replaces it.
The service receives the connection's public IP. The supplied companion retains rate-limit state for approximately one minute and authentication tokens for two minutes in memory, without logging request bodies, credentials or tokens. Reverse-proxy logging and any support handling are controlled by the pilot operator; confirm its retention policy with your established support team before testing.
For questions or assistance, contact the Netskope support/account team that invited you to this pilot. Test support
